I’ve always followed my heart, exploring diverse fields, cultures, and ways of working around the world. With degrees in photography and business administration, I began my career in advertising and production in Milan, working with leading Italian and international brands and managing projects from concept to execution:

• Lavazza, Barilla, San Pellegrino, Ferrero, Campari: high-impact campaigns for Italian food and beverage brands

• Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Audi, Volkswagen, BMW: major automotive campaigns with global exposure

• Nike, Bombay Sapphire, Panasonic: global brands in sports, lifestyle, and tech

• Azimut Yachts: luxury and lifestyle campaigns on the Italian Riviera

Role: Producer and client liaison, coordinating between companies and agencies to ensure campaigns were delivered on time, on brand, and with maximum impact, while honing creative, strategic, and operational expertise.

 

My journey then took me to Asia, where I lived for many years. Immersed in new cultures, I learned to adapt quickly, think flexibly, and navigate complexity. During that time, I founded Street Dog Care, an NGO for animals, gaining hands-on experience in leadership, operations, and building systems from the ground up. I’ve supported a range of international organizations, helping them simplify complexity and improve how they function, including:

• Rangjung Yeshe Institute: clarified brand identity, messaging, and communications for an international audience

• 84000 Translating the Words of the Buddha: streamlined internal systems and led a CRM transition to improve workflow and coordination

• Austrian Embassy: simplified internal processes and workflows for smoother daily operations
